When you click apply, you will be prompted to answer a few thoughtful questions about you and your organization. Your responses will allow me to gain immediate insight and prepare for the discovery process.

Discovery Call

Within 24 hours, you will receive an email to schedule the discovery meeting. This will be a free 60-minute video meeting where I will ask follow-up questions about your business and goals. It’s an opportunity to dive deeper to determine if a power session is the right next step for you. Before ending the meeting, I will recommend the power session(s) that will give you immediate results based on our conversation. You will be given the opportunity to schedule the power session(s) and start the process. Remember, there are no wrong answers, just show up and be yourself.

One-on-One Power Session(s)

The only way to reach the desired outcome is to start with knowing where we are going and why. You will receive pre-work to complete prior to the in-person power session. Based on your personalized power session plan, I will conduct exercises focusing on both individual and business objectives. The initial sessions will always include active collaboration, whiteboarding, deep diving, and action-planning.

Roadmap Implementation

A strategy without an action plan is just a fancy idea. Based on our time together, I will provide you with a recommended road map to achieving your goals, implementing the practical tools provided, and/or an outline of the next steps in your decision-making framework. You will be equipped with clarity, confidence, and a specific guide for forward progress.
